As a pioneer in the HR industry, it was only natural that Jeff Lupinacci joined forces with Derek Lutz to form Evolve HR Solutions. Jeff can leverage his passion for employee engagement, growth, and retention and build leadership pipelines to ensure the business’s future success. Prior to starting Evolve HR Solutions, Jeff was the Chief Talent and Integration Officer at Alkegen in Dallas. He is responsible for Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and all Talent Management activities. In addition, Jeff leads all integration activities of acquired companies. Before joining Alkegen, Jeff was the Vice President of Global Talent, responsible for recruiting, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and employee communications for 27,000 employees across the globe. Before joining Sally Beauty, Jeff was the Chief Learning Officer for Kimberly Clark, where he was responsible for training over 50,000 employees.
Jeff previous role was the HR Director for Central & Eastern based in Moscow. His key focus area was to drive employee engagement and build Great Place To Work across 26 countries. Jeff was a finalist for the HR Professional of the year for HR Brand. Prior to his posting in Moscow, Jeff was the KCI HR Director responsible for Talent Management and HR for the KCI US-based team.
Prior to joining Kimberly Clark in 2011, Jeff worked for Intel Corporation for 17 years. His last role there was the HR Director for Intel’s Japan business. Before that he was the Greater Asia HR Services Director responsible for the administration of Human Resources processes. While there, he established a Global HR Shared Service Center in Malaysia. He started his career at Intel in Finance, managing Accounts Payable. He then moved into Information Technology (IT) where he successfully ran multiple global programs.
Jeff’s leadership extends beyond his work experience. He is a sought-after conference speaker and has been featured in several publications, including CFO Europe magazine, Nikkei Business Magazine, and Baylor Business Review. Currently serving as an adjunct professor at Baylor University, Jeff teaches the Human Capital Management class for the Executive MBA program and is creating a class on HR Strategy and Analytics for Baylor University undergrad program.
Jeff graduated from Willamette University in Salem Oregon, with a Master of Management degree, concentrating in operations management, and from Baylor University, in Waco Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and management.
