Josh Seaman serves as Executive Director, Technology Coverage at Texas Capital Bank.
Prior to joining TCB Mr. Seaman worked with ORIX Growth Capital providing structured credit and equity solutions to growing technology businesses.
Previously, he was an Associate for Houlihan Lokey, where he performed buy-side and sell-side advisory for numerous transactions, fairness opinions, and strategic alternatives. He also worked as an investment banking analyst at a Dallas-based boutique firm as well as several years in public accounting focused on business valuation and corporate taxation.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Finance and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and holds series 63 and 79 licenses.
