CEO of VIGCE LLC (dba VISION Group Cleaning) and Fleetwood Cleaning Services of GA Inc., she has
established a diversified and highly successful cleaning service that operates seven days a week. With a strong
focus on servicing office buildings, schools, universities, medical centers, apartments, malls, and more, Lorri’s
companies have become go-to solutions for commercial cleaning needs.
With over two decades of professional business cleaning experience, Lorri is well-versed in project
management, particularly in post and final new construction capabilities. Her dedication to staying current with
eco-friendly products sets her apart in the industry. Moreover, she places a significant emphasis on safety and
compliance training, ensuring her teams operate with the utmost responsibility.
Lorri’s journey began in Chicago, Illinois, where she was born and raised. Her parents’ entrepreneurial spirit
greatly influenced her path, as they owned multiple businesses, including one of the first black-owned oil and
gas service stations in the 1970s. Witnessing her parents’ resilience during challenging times taught Lorri
perseverance and a competitive drive that has fueled her success.
Education played a pivotal role in Lorri’s growth. She earned an Associate of Arts Degree from Tarrant County
College, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Northwood University. Continuing her
pursuit of knowledge, she obtained a Master’s Degree in Public Administration, specializing in Economics and
Nonprofit Management from the University of Texas at Arlington College of Architecture, Planning, and Public
Affairs. In 2005, Lorri became a certified Life Skill Coach, adding yet another dimension to her expertise.
As a leader, Lorri believes in nurturing a strong sense of teamwork and has successfully worked with virtual and
global cross-functional teams. She understands the importance of cultivating business partnerships and
maintains a hands-on approach to managing all business operations, including monthly reports and budgets.
Beyond her remarkable achievements, Lorri is also a member of several professional civic organizations, further
highlighting her commitment to giving back to the community. She has instilled the values of integrity and
honesty in her family, including her husband, whom she retired from Android Industries in 2019 to join her in
growing the company full-time. Notably, Lorri has also brought her two sons and daughter on board to be part
of the growing company team, imparting her knowledge and passion for business to the next generation.
Lorri Dotson’s impact on the cleaning industry is significant, with her companies serving Fortune 500 clients
and community clients across multiple states. Fully insured and holding certifications as a Small Business
Enterprise (SBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Historically Underutilized Business (HUB), Disadvantaged
Business Enterprise (DBE), and Business Enterprise Program (BEP) in Illinois, her businesses is seeking to
expanded to California, Florida, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.
