He is currently CEO of GetHairMD. www.gethairmd.com His last venture, Thermi, emerged as one of the fastest-growing medical/aesthetic device companies in the US and in 2016, he led the sale of Thermi for $82 million. In December 2016, D CEO Magazine and D Healthcare Daily announced Thermi’s CEO, Paul Herchman, as winner in the Excellence in Healthcare Awards for Outstanding Healthcare Deal. From 2003-2006, he also led a company which assisted physicians to open more than 300 med spas in the US over a 4-year period. As founder and CEO of Medical Alliance Inc. (MAI), he completed its IPO in 1996 after building a national mobile surgical and laser services company, helping physicians perform over 5,000 office-based procedures a month in 42 states.
