In his current role as the Senior Director of Franchise & Business Development at SAMBAZON Acai Bowls, Randall spearheads franchise development, market planning, and real estate strategy. Under his leadership, SAMBAZON is cementing its status as the world’s preeminent franchised açaí brand as it expands its footprint across the US, capturing dominant market share.
Randall’s tenure at Pizza Hut is marked by a series of groundbreaking achievements. As Senior Manager of Franchise Development, he pioneered the development of cutting-edge tracking and forecasting tools, redefined national market planning processes, and forged powerful alliances with franchisees. His approaches, instruction and analytical detail were instrumental in driving the brand’s successful transformation strategy.
Randall’s professional journey began as a Project Manager at IDGROUP, where he led a high-performing team of design consultants, delivering exceptional results for multi-unit national restaurant brands: Yum!, Starbucks, Panda Express, and Red Mango. His expertise in architecture and design, coupled with his passion for new technology, laid the foundation for his remarkable career at Pizza Hut, where he excelled in visualizing and optimizing new store designs.
An alumnus of the University of Texas at Arlington with a B.S. in Architecture, Randall also pursued extensive architectural studies at Texas Tech University. His academic journey includes the President’s List, Dean’s List, and memberships in prestigious honor societies such as Phi Kappa Phi and Tau Sigma Delta.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Randall is passionately committed to community engagement and personal growth. At Pizza Hut, Randall was a Co-Chair of Women in Leadership and Learning’s Parent’s Pillar, he champions leadership development and has volunteered with elementary students, fostering the next generation of innovators.
