Troy Aikman is a former American football quarterback who played in the NFL for 12 consecutive seasons with the Dallas Cowboys. The number one overall draft pick in 1989, Aikman played as the Cowboys’ longest-tenured quarterback. During his career he was a six-time Pro Bowl selection, led the team to three Super Bowl victories, and was the Super Bowl XXVII MVP. He was inducted to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2006 and the College Football Hall of Fame in 2008. 

Aikman served as a commentator of NFL on Fox in partnership with Joe Buck for 20 years. During his tenure with Fox, Aikman received the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award and 3 Emmy nominations. In 2022, Aikman was named color commentator for ESPN’s Monday Night Football alongside longtime friend and colleague Joe Buck.
