create life- and game-changing opportunities and access for minorities, women, and girls. In January
2022, LaunchTech birthed the annual Launching Scholars to provide girls 15-18, from diverse and
income-challenged households, with the opportunity to attend cost-based STEM programs across the
US. In July 2022, the initiative sent twelve girls from New York, Tennessee, and North and Central
Alabama to space, cyber, and aviation camps in Huntsville, AL. The creation of The STEMVP Brunch
followed and serves as the premier event to celebrate some of the Most Valuable Players in STEM,
Women.
