Xochitl Reyes is an associate with Altschuler and Company where she represents a variety of tenants and landlords with their leasing needs, negotiations, and renewals across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
Prior to ALT+CO, Xochitl worked in client services at Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield where she focused on tenant representation transactions for local, regional, national and international companies. Her commercial real estate career began in 2013 at Henry S. Miller where she created and executed marketing strategies for industrial, multi-family, and retail properties.
Xochitl graduated from Michigan State University and serves the community through several organizations including Daughters of the American Revolution, Association of Latino Professionals For America, The Concilio, Catholic Charities, The Human Impact, The Real Estate Council, The Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and The Regional Hispanic Contractors Association.
As a bilingual Latina committed to encouraging representation, retention, and belonging among underrepresented groups in commercial real estate, Xochitl is also a frequent guest speaker on her industry experience and dedication to #diversifyCRE.
