Mark Crumblish is a distinguished CEO known for his leadership in the technology and business sectors. As the CEO of Eagle Venture Lab and Co-Founder and CEO of Profit Inc, Mark brings over 30 years of leadership expertise to the team. He also serves as the COO of Pro-Forma.
With an extensive background in operations, new business development, strategy implementation, mergers and acquisitions, R&D, test and evaluation, and technology program management, Mark has been involved as a founder, investor, and operator in 14 early-stage companies across domains such as SAAS, wireless mobile, multi-media, aviation, and financial services. Mark has also run operations for a tech incubator that commercialized defense technologies, launching 6 new tech companies in an 18-month period and had several successful exits.
During his tenure in business leadership roles at publicly-traded companies including Lockheed Martin, Rockwell Collins, and ITT Industries, Mark’s leadership led to the capture of $9 billion in new business orders. His finance, M&A and venture-creation experience includes starting up and scaling M&A processes for public companies; leading multiple acquisition transactions; utilizing cutting-edge enterprise-level SAAS technology solutions for efficient management of widely-dispersed teams; and founding his own M&A firm.
Mark strives to be a model servant leader and is passionate about teaching and developing other leaders. He is highly-regarded as a speaker on leadership-related topics, and mentors dozens of proteges spanning the US.

Beyond business, Mark is an accomplished pilot with 3300+ flight hours in 20 different aircraft types, and 232 aircraft-carrier landings during his time flying jets in the US Navy. He is an avid drummer, and a recreational hockey player. He and Sue Ellen have been married for 37+ years and have three adult children and two grandchildren.
