Mohammed Farshori, a distinguished global social impact, and inclusion leader is renowned for his commitment to diversity, justice, and environmental causes. With a track record of steering award- winning business diversity initiatives locally and nationally, he has elevated US nonprofits to unprecedented heights. Recognized with accolades such as the Dallas Business Journal’s Minority Business Leader Award 2019, Immigrant Journey Award 2020, HSNT Person of the Year 2022, and Asian Chamber of Texas’s Diversity Leader Award, Farshori is a trailblazer in the field.

For the past seven years, Mohammed has led Global Community and Environmental employee engagement at AT&T, and recently joined a new role where he is responsible for building market development strategy for FirstNet and Public Safety at AT&T. As a DEI ambassador and Co-founder & COO of Faith @ Work AT&T ERG, he is also responsible for engaging employees in Inclusion &
equity focused dialogues, volunteer programs and activities. He fosters inclusion through dialogues, volunteer programs, and activities. Farshori serves on the advisory board of the United Nations Foundation Girl Up campaign, the University of Texas Dallas’s Diversity Advisory Board, and is the Chairman of the Asian Chamber of Texas. His contributions extend to the Visit Dallas advisory board, influencing the city’s new brand identity. For the past six years, Mohammed has also mentored active military mentees transition into corporate roles through the American Corporate Partners program.

A sought-after public speaker, Farshori addresses diverse topics such as diversity, equity, and inclusion, community engagement, leadership, and personal empowerment. He has been a keynote speaker at major conferences, including the Asia Society, Conference Board, Public Affairs Council, and White House Initiative on AANHPI leadership roundtables. Past affiliations include roles on the board of the India Association of North Texas, North American Society of Indian Muslims, National Alliance on Mental Illness, leadership positions in various organizations, and contributions to Women of AT&T (Dallas Chapter).
