She brings extensive leadership experience, with proven results, in organizational growth, strategic vision, program design and implementation, diversifying and expanding revenue streams as well building collaborative partnerships.
As the President and CEO of the Women’s Business Council-Southwest, Bliss is responsible for board governance, fiscal and public affairs, strategic planning and oversight, day to day business management and operations.
She is a champion of women in business, with a mission to help all women business owners grow and succeed. Bliss is passionate about helping women gain a seat at the table and a voice at the C-Suite level.
She received her Master from Texas Women’s University in Clinical Counseling and her Bachelors of Business from the University of North Texas.
