Dani is a storyteller through and through. Curating her start with NBC 5 & Telemundo 39 (NBCUniversal), 7 years ago as an intern for their “Young Reporter” program. She has transcended her talents from journalism, marketing to digital content creation. Her diversified work includes producing NBC 5’s Clear the Shelters campaign which awarded her the 2017 Lone Star Emmy Award. She has launched marketing campaigns under Telemundo’s scope for 2018 Russia’s FIFA World Cup, Miss Universe, and the 2022 FIFA Qatar World Cup. Throughout her time at NBCUniversal, Dani served as an anchor & producer for their sister station in Abilene, Oklahoma City, and as a news producer at Comcast HQ in Philadelphia. Prior to NBCUniversal, she diversified herself by working within marketing teams for Latina Style Magazine, St. Jude, and The College Football Playoff where she collaborated with ESPN’s broadcast campaigns for the 2019 CFP National Championship game.
Currently, she serves as the Community Impact Marketing Specialist for NBC 5 & Telemundo 39, where she spearheaded their #1 Daytime talk show Acceso Total’s digital strategy and produced community campaigns for Unstoppable Women, Habitat for Humanity, AT&T’s Día de Los Muertos amongst others.
The Dallas native graduated Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.
