Darice Anderson

Darice Anderson, the dedicated and visionary Executive Director of 3-N-1 Trinity Services, is also a
proud member of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority: Psi Chapter. Leading this nonprofit with an unwavering
commitment to positive impact, Darice has a rich history spanning over 21 years in the non-profit sector.
Under her leadership, 3-N-1 Trinity Services has reached new heights and earned well-deserved
recognition.
Darice and her team created an entrepreneur training program for young adults that extended to adults
and is now one of the most sought-after programs. Under her leadership, Darice continues to evolve the
entrepreneur program to different heights to empower the individuals who need it most. In the near future,
Darice will start entrepreneurial programs for youth. Darice is a great example of determination,
dedication, and resilience.
The organization has been prominently featured in various media outlets, including the Tyler Paper,
Channels 8 and 5 in Dallas, and Channels 19 and 7 in Tyler. Additionally, Trendsetters, a for-profit venture
co-owned by Darice, was showcased twice in the esteemed pages of Voyage magazine.
Darice’s passion for community development and collaboration shines through her work, forging
partnerships with other nonprofits to bring essential programs and services to underserved communities.

Her impact extends beyond borders as she has played a pivotal role in helping more than 600
organizations attain their non-profit and tax-exempt status (501C3), not only in the USA but also in Africa.
Her extensive volunteer work further underscores Darice’s commitment to making a positive difference.
From facilitating CPM’s Positively YOU Tea to serving as the Program Director for King’s Daughters and
Royal Escorts and acting as the Community Affairs Coordinator at CHAD’s House, Darice’s involvement
spans diverse community-focused initiatives.
Darice’s accolades and recognitions are not limited to her organizational achievements. In 2022, she
clinched the 1st place position in the Muse Family Foundation and Zan Wesley Holmes Jr Community
Center, Fair Park Cohort. Her accomplishments also include completing the Women In Leadership
Program through Leadership Women Texas and being an alumna of the Junior League of Dallas and
Tyler. Additionally, she holds the distinction of being an alumna of the Christian Women Leadership
Development Program in Dallas.
Beyond her remarkable contributions to the non-profit sector, Darice wears multiple hats. She is the Lab
Director and Co-Owner of Trendsetters Enterprises, a for-profit venture based in Dallas. Trained as a
Phlebotomist and certified as a DOT Specimen Collector, Darice’s journey through academia includes a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an endorsement in Early Childhood from
Texas Southern University. Furthering her education, she pursued graduate studies at Texas A&M, with a
focus on Business Management.
With a decade-long stint as a Program Supervisor at Workforce Solutions of Greater Dallas, Darice’s
dedication to community service is truly unparalleled. Her passion for education is evident as she
generously shares her expertise to uplift others, embodying a steadfast commitment to making a
meaningful difference in every endeavor. Recently, 3-N-1 Trinity Services achieved yet another milestone,
being featured in the East Texas Chronicle’s December edition, solidifying its presence in the community
and beyond.
