20 year veteran in Beverage Alcohol, with leadership roles within a large multinational (Diageo) and a boutique craft brand (Brewery Ommegang). Throughout his career, Doug has specialized in identifying high-growth market segments and building new brands to capitalize on them, in beer (Guinness), tequila (Jose Cuervo), and vodka (Ketel One). He holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Princeton University. An avid skier, cyclist, and sports fan in his spare time, Doug lives with his wife Alison and his three children Charlotte (16), Isla (14) and Will (10).
