Kamal Fulani serves as the Executive Director of the U.S. India Chamber of Commerce DFW (USICOC DFW). Prior to joining USICOC DFW, Kamal was part of the Government Relations team at Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) where he managed government and political relations for DART’s local and regional elected officials.
Before joining DART in January 2020, Kamal worked for U.S. Senator John Cornyn for nearly 7 years, most recently as the Senator’s North Texas Deputy Regional Director, where he oversaw policy and outreach in the North Texas region.
Kamal holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Louisiana State University. He and his wife enjoy raising their two young children in Dallas’ Lake Highlands neighborhood.
