  • Part of two-person office team recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as the top regional Economic Development Agency in 2020 and by the Texas Economic Development Council as the 2020 Community Economic Development Award winner for communities of 20,000 to 50,000 people.  Part of two-person team that increased city tax base by 105% in five-year period and helped initiate redevelopment of the traditional downtown area after nearly thirty-years of inactivity following the devastating tornado of 1994
  • Managed seven-person City of Dallas redevelopment office that created and implemented redevelopment plans for the downtown area, Farmers Market, Victory Park, Deep Ellum, Design District, Cypress Waters, North Oak Cliff/Bishop Arts/Fort Worth Avenue corridor, Uptown (State Thomas & Cityplace)
  • Speaker at a variety of professional conferences including: Texas American Planning Association, Urban Land Institute, International Conference of Shopping Centers, Council of Development Finance Agencies, RailVolution, Preservation Dallas, National Main Street
  • Also worked for cities of Dallas, Grapevine, Plano, Des Moines, Wichita Falls and Iowa City
