Lavell Juan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Brag House, a media-tech platform bridging the gap between brands and Gen Z through the power of casual college gaming. The company has already achieved significant success, attracting mega-brands like McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, and the Denver Broncos as partners.

A seasoned entrepreneur and legal strategist with over two decades of experience, Lavell brings a rare combination of expertise to the esports industry. Prior to Brag House, he achieved notable success in building communities by conceptualizing, launching, and ultimately selling ventures that fostered passionate followings: a financial platform tailored for NFL rookies acquired by a leading financial institution, and a professional soccer team whose rights were sold after securing a multimillion-dollar TV licensing deal for the league.

Lavell’s vision for Brag House is to cultivate a dynamic and inclusive community where casual college gamers can thrive, fostering the excitement and camaraderie of esports through personalized and engaging experiences. Simultaneously, Brag House aims to empower brands by providing them with valuable insights into the Gen Z community, enabling them to create products and services that truly resonate with this demographic.

Raised in Brooklyn, New York, Lavell is an avid baseball fan and enjoys skateboarding and skiing. His favorite games include NCAA Football, Street Fighter, Apex Legends, and Call of Duty.
