Lisa believes people can solve the most complex and confounding business problems with the right mix of teamwork, processes, and technology. For over 30 years, she has helped business and technology teams create and evolve new capabilities from concept to reality. Following a morale-crushing project in 2009, Lisa began studying and applying agile principles as a way to improve the experience of work for technology teams. As a consultant and coach, Lisa combines learnings from her agile journey with an outsider’s perspective to serve her clients. Lisa is currently a Vice President at CG Infinity, an IT consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas.
