
Phil Wilkins, was 20 year plus McDonald’s Multi-Unit Owner/Operator, who exceled at driving business growth, increasing profitability, and leading business turnarounds, by connecting with local communities, removing barriers to success, and attracting, developing and engaging talent.
Phil is also a popular speaker, and certified Diversity Professional and has served as a consultant and coach to sales professionals, franchisees, and executives, on topics such as business development, talent acquisition and retention, prospecting business owners as clients, Diversity Equity and Inclusion and
Social Determinants of Health.
Today, Phil heads Community Engagement and SDoH for Modivcare, which is a $2B, 28,000 person employer, and engages, educates and empowers organizations and communities on SDoH, and the impact it has on healthcare costs, the community, and your bottom-line.
Phil has served on the Board of Directors of 5/3 Bank (Central Kentucky), The National Black McDonald’s Operators Association, and the International Franchising Association’s Diversity Institute.
Phil is a graduate of Miami of Ohio, and has successfully completed Cornell University’s Diversity Management Program. Currently, Phil and his wife reside in the Atlanta Metro Area.
