Professionally Pratibha has served about 20 years in the Technology realm in manufacturing, med device and now financial services industry. Her focus has been managing Information Security, Technology, and IT operations globally for mid-size companies and large organizations. Currently she is divisional head of technology risk at a bank.
Seeing ambiguity and obstacles as opportunity, she jumps headfirst towards problem solving and creates a strategy, team, business aligned roadmap and structure where it did not exist previously.
Pratibha lives by a gratitude attitude and is passionate about women leadership. To her it means creating a safe, encouraging, and supportive environment for women so each person can thrive and reach their potential.
She fuels her passion by contributing back to the community through serving on non-profit Boards of DFW ATW- DEI committee in the past and current;y Advisory Council member of Consero.
