Shanthi Rajaram is the founding CEO and President of Amazech Solutions. She has earned an engineering degree from India and went on to complete her MBA from SMU in Dallas, Texas. In her career as a technologist, she initially gained work experience with a large consulting firm India, and then with a startup in California for a short stint. Her calling to build solutions for her own clients drove her decision to step into entrepreneurship, and she started Amazech in Frisco, Texas in 2007.

Amazech offers cutting-edge technology solutions and advisory that enables business transformation through technology and talent. The company specializes in Applications Development, Business Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Security Advisory & Risk Assessment Services. With Shanthi at the helm, the company is already foraying into emerging technologies such as DevOps/DevSecOps, Robotic Process Automation, and Rapid Application Development frameworks amongst others.

As the CEO of Amazech, Shanthi has ably steered the organization through various stages of growth. This year, Amazech proudly celebrates its 17th anniversary. Her entrepreneurial journey has been challenging, but also extremely rewarding. Her strategic vision has enabled Amazech to evolve and earn a reputation as a trusted advisor to clients internationally.

Shanthi’s passion to help female entrepreneurs and minority communities is evidenced by her active involvement with orgs and associations, along with the recognition she has received in the process. She has served on Advisory Boards such as the Liftfund/SBA Women Business Center – Dallas, Tech Titans, DFW Alliance of Technology and Women, and Opportunity Plus. Some of her other recognitions include the Power Woman Award (2022), Woman in Tech Luminary (2021), Minority Business Leader awardee (2020), Inspiring Women Entrepreneur by FETNa (2018), Immigrant Journey Award (2017), Enterprising Women Award – Class of 2016, Dallas Business Journal – Women in Technology (2015) and being named one of North Texas’ 100 Most Influential Women (2016-2019). Her company Amazech was also recognized as among the top 100 North Texas Women Businesses (2016-2018).
