Wes Dennis has spent his career in education. With 18 years of teaching in middle school and high school and experience with three startups, Wes brings real world experience to the classroom as he leads the FISD Esports program at Independence High School and in FISD. He was an English teacher for 14 years before moving over to the CTE department to teach 3D Modeling and Animation, CS Principles, and intro to Esports and Esports Management. He has also dabbled in startups as a project manager with his latest startup in the esports industry. DFW Esports helps cities and colleges create esports spaces and build community through esports tournaments and camps.
