Zak Wallace

Zak Wallace is an Atlanta native and restaurateur with roots in the music industry. He is committed to improving the plague of illnesses and lack of exposure to information within the Black community. He turned his passion for health, family, and philanthropy into the Local Green Atlanta food truck. Now with a brick-and-mortar restaurant, and food truck at Walt Disney World Resorts, Local Green provides fresh and flavorful cuisine to underserved, minority-dominated areas.

Phil has served on the Board of Directors of 5/3 Bank (Central Kentucky), The National Black McDonald’s Operators Association, and the International Franchising Association’s Diversity Institute.

Calvin Golden

Calvin Golden, who in 1997, joined Antonio Swad & Bernadette Fiaschetti, who were interested in franchising a new restaurant called Wingstop. Mr. Golden helped develop the Wingstop franchise model and sold the first 13 franchised units of Wingstop, including one he purchased for himself. Calvin was responsible for establishing the foundational training, product distribution, and construction programs  at Wingstop.  He currently owns two, located in DeSoto and Dallas. In 2005, Calvin was honored by Wingstop with their Lifetime Achievement Award.

Mohaimina Haque
