Tray Thompson serves as the Corporate Social Responsibility/Community Relations Manager for Mavs Gaming, where he works to bridge the social and digital gaps through organic DE&I community programs, creating a more unified and equitable world for all.

With over 6 years of professional business experience in sports, Thompson has managed sales & corporate business administration with the Dallas Cowboys (Legends Hospitality), San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Mavericks, and now, Mavs Gaming Esports.

A former Duncanville HS Alum & 2012 UIL 5A 4×400 Meter Relay Champion, Tray earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Northwood University and competed on Northwood’s NCAA D2 Track & Field program as a 400 meter, and 800-meter mid-distance sprinter. 

Chris Robinson is the Co-Founder, President, and Chief Operating Officer of Clearyst° Inc. Prior to co-founding Clearyst°, Chris was an M&A investment banker for Goldman Sachs at both the global headquarters in New York City and Dallas, where he executed 20 transactions representing more than $30bn of enterprise value across various sectors including technology, consumer, industrials, and financial services.

Chris is an accomplished leader with international experience. As a former Marine Corps Officer, F/A-18 fighter pilot, and instructor, he spent more than a decade leading diverse teams of all sizes in various high-stakes environments around the globe. This experience has given Chris a unique perspective on dealing with uncertainty and solving problems with limited resources and information. He enjoys finding ways to create alignment across various stakeholder groups and creating value through sustained high performance.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Political Science from Boston College where he was in the Honors Program, and obtained an MBA at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Chris completed the Veteran-in-Residence program with Bunker Labs. He is on the Board of Directors of Clearyst Inc., Green Business Bureau, and 51 Vets, a nonprofit focused on providing career transition services and mentorship to military veterans from the special forces and fighter pilot communities. Chris resides in Dallas, TX with his wife, four children, and two dogs.

Adriana is the founder and owner of usefull, the first refillery and zero waste shop in DFW. usefull’s purpose is to help consumers reduce plastic waste by offering refills of soaps, shampoo, lotions, and more. Plastic pollution is one of the biggest crises humanity is facing and it was Adriana’s own sustainability journey that led her to start usefull when she didn’t find anywhere in Dallas to refill her everyday essentials. Adriana is a firm believer of the triple bottom line, and that businesses have an important role to play in protecting this earth we all live on. Dan Waite is a maverick and strategic cultural leader that has led the People and Cultural initiatives at some of the Hotel Industry’s most iconic and game-changing brands. Dan currently serves as the SVP of People and Culture for Makeready. Prior to joining Makeready, Dan led all aspects of People Operations for SH Hotels and Resorts (including 1 Hotel, Baccarat Hotels, and Treehouse Hotels), where he led SH’s international and domestic growth.

Dan has led People, Culture, and Organizational Development initiatives at Loews flagship hotel, the Loews Regency New York, Benchmark Hospitality in New York, New Jersey and Virginia, Waldorf Astoria Hotels and Resorts and Ian Schrager Hotels / Morgans Hotel Group, globally. Dan is a US Navy veteran with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has been certified by SHRM as an SPHR, and by the ILR School at Cornell University in Strategic Human Resources Leadership.

Gina Scheer has been coined in Dallas as someone who has never met a stranger. The Journey with BOLT started Three years ago for Gina when she met Josh Hunt for coffee at Civil Pour in Dallas. We just took action!”

Gina has been instrumental in fostering a relationship with Microsoft by facilitating the Cultural Entrepreneurship events, an engaging event held monthly at Microsoft. Providing culture as service simply means helping organizational leaders and stakeholders get a pulse on how their culture is feeling through data insights. Richard Y. Cheng’s practice focuses on corporate transactions and advises clients on cannabis regulatory matters. Richard developed a cannabis regulatory and corporate practice in 2013 and grew his practice by representing a variety of cannabis related clients at a national law firm. Subsequently, Richard was an equity partner and chair of the hemp/hemp cannabinoid products practice at a global AmLaw100 law firm, leading multiple initiatives in building the firm’s reputation in cannabis.

As a leading cannabis attorney, Richard represents cannabis businesses, investors, private equity groups, healthcare providers in medical marijuana programs and cannabis ancillary providers. Richard has represented the Texas Cannabis Industry Association (TCIA) as its external general counsel, served as a board member for a hemp cannabinoid bio-pharmaceutical company, co-authored multiple cannabis publications and has been named a top 250 cannabis legal expert by Databird Research Journal. Lastly, Richard teaches cannabis law as an adjunct faculty at UNT Dallas College of Law.
