Gina Scheer

Gina Scheer has been coined in Dallas as someone who has never met a stranger. Her passions include traveling around the world and learning about new cultures, meeting & connecting with people, and empowering others to empower others. These passions align with her unique skill set to curate culturally relevant events and workshops that connect people from different backgrounds to empower them for life’s challenges.

The Journey with BOLT started Three years ago for Gina when she met Josh Hunt for coffee at Civil Pour in Dallas. There was immediate synergy about curating events for social impact and alignment on wanting to change the way corporations engaged with their employees. “At the time we had no idea what that even meant or how we were going to solve this problem. We just took action!”

Gina has been instrumental in fostering a relationship with Microsoft by facilitating the Cultural Entrepreneurship events, an engaging event held monthly at Microsoft. This initiative helped catapult BOLT into a Tech company whose product is Culture as a service. Providing culture as service simply means helping organizational leaders and stakeholders get a pulse on how their culture is feeling through data insights. BOLT offers authentic solutions on how to take action to improve inclusion and engagement with their unique Electric Platform.

Today Gina is The Culture and People Leader at BOLT. She is a catalyst to connect people together and that is her true purpose. She believes we humans are not placed on this earth for ourselves, but to serve others. This belief allows her to be a valuable partner at BOLT and helps her achieve her goal of making a positive impact in the community and uniting cultures.
